I don't know why that is to be honest . But the reality it is a terrible source of in formation anyhow by the looks of it when ever I look at what people post. It was a good idea but it is poorly executed. I don't know what country you are from but I would look and see if you can find a service like IATN or IDENTIFIX (USA based)  but in you region that will serve you better .
